Introducing Chien Ting Chen's Unique Approach to Interior Design

One of the standout features of the Slightest Movement design is the allocation of space. The layout prioritizes a generous private domain, with a spacious master bedroom that includes a cloakroom and an expanded bathroom. The bathroom, enclosed with ground glass, resembles a delicate glass box, becoming a focal point in the bedroom. The public domain, on the other hand, retains a large area of pure white space, with the details becoming the key focus of the design.

The design incorporates an arc line that connects the layout, creating a seamless flow throughout the apartment. The use of materials such as terrazzo, storage joints, and metal trim adds richness and depth to the predominantly white color palette. These material switches and subtle design elements create a dynamic and visually engaging space.

Technologically, the Slightest Movement design utilizes hidden details to enhance the overall aesthetic. The ceiling and floor feature a flexible arc design, emphasizing the fluidity of the space. Black frame lines are used in the vestibule and storage cabinets, with concealed handles that contribute to a clean and minimalist appearance. Metal trim is strategically placed at floor junctures, home decoration selections, and the bathroom doorframe, adding delicate details to the design.

The integration of materials such as Negro Marquina marble, silver fox marble, and terrazzo stone from Taiwan further enhances the design's uniqueness. These materials are seamlessly incorporated into the space, creating implicit boundaries between different functional areas.
